Money was born to replace the barter of matter and to obtain a more eclectic method of exchange. By doing this, the purchasing power became more effective and could be exported thus enlarging the space of exchange.
Throughout the millennia money has acquired more and more power and has become the basic point of human existence, thus losing its original purpose as mediator.

Today, money, at the height of its power, is also losing it completely, and rightly so.

It has completed its cycle.

Rivers of counterfeit money (because no longer as mediator of effective wealth, but only as some kind of Monopoly paper) do not have purchasing power and an horror film type of implosion appears already very clear and decidedly imminent.

At this moment those who have money do not know how to invest it (i.e. to make it grow) because nothing seems to be safe any more, but at the same time money itself has ceased being a source of peace.
This is a vicious circle in which various “ethical investments, ethical banks, etc” have started to proliferate, but they represent only a further search for a false type of security.

Let’s take note of this without committing suicide: even here we are at a turning point - MONEY no longer has got any POWER.

Life is transformation and therefore any immobilization/death cannot but lead to further death. A “security” of death therefore??? Well, this is some nice security to live on…

Money will be replaced by BARTER, yet no longer the caveman’s barter, but the true barter of an enlightened society, whereby the individual barters himself (i.e. conscious of his/her talents puts himself/herself at humanity’s disposal) receiving from the others what he/she needs. And thus he/she will always be able to live in a state of transformation.

I shall give you an example which might seem absurd: my work is that of a philosopher and I do this quite well, I would say; I am happy to do it and I realize myself as a goddess in this capacity for which I have been created, but I have a physical body - I eat, I need a home, etc., etc.

There will surely be others, who are happy and who have been created to breed chickens, to build houses, to make bread, to make medical analysis, to calculate the velocity of light and give me energy.

Is this concept clear? Say a baker has an existential problem with his family. All right, I know how to solve it, while he has the bread I eat. . . we are DIFFERENT but in a condition of PARITY.

He makes bread with passion, I do philosophy with passion. We give each other life as a gift without any mediation if we exchange our talents.

Where and when I am able to express myself through my Creative Passion, there I bring Living Life and therefore I can exchange it with as much Living Life.

If I blindfolded you and had you taste two oranges, one grown in a commercial way, perhaps even biologically, but only for the sake of gain, and the other one grown with passion instead, your palate would recognize immediately Living Life in contrast with the stagnating one. Why?

Because creative energy is energy and does not give a damn about our mind: it acts above us and through us.

.Make this experiment: go to any place, leave in your car or at home: your wallet, your cellular, your bag.
Remain only with the clothes you have on.
Now tell yourselves that you are alone in the world, that you have got nothing but your clothes and Yourselves.

Period. The rest has simply disappeared.

What do you have to give to the world in exchange for what you need to live?
YOURSELVES!

Start from here and see how “expendable” and “exchangeable” you are vîs-à-vîs other fellow human beings.

If you feel afraid ask yourselves what does this fear depend on. . . where your talents have not been able to come out and why and take them back: they are your true cash money! Freedom means being oneself in the sense of being able to perform according to what we are alive for.

The body you have got, the brain you have got, are the means through which your talents, whatever they are, can be fully expressed with joy and living creativity: there exists NO money more valid than yourselves – and it can never be devalued.

In every situation of our lives, even in sickness and misfortune, we are a possible barter, if we are really ourselves.

In reality, it is a very simple thing, even if initially it can scare you. . .
What you need is to want it, to activate your attention and to be brazen enough to propose it.
That’s all.
For example: in any dealing of yours show this possibility. Clearly, at the beginning it will have to happen specifically in a situation where it is YOU who must receive some compensation. If the person you are dealing with asks: how much? The answers can be two:

- if you are paying with the old system, you owe me a certain amount of money;
- if you can give me something which is useful to me instead, we can talk about it (an example is the way I have been relating to the others when it comes to my seminars or to my B & B);

In the latter case, a different contact with the “other than you” takes place which moves the level of the relationship, raising it.
If the other person is already able to do it, he/she does it, and the relationship changes in a positive way.
Obviously, we are assuming that you have already gone beyond the threshold of trust and of being positive Yourselves in the first place.
Negative thinking brings negativity, but I really hope that those who are reading me have already found out this within themselves.

MONEY
In Praise of Madness

“ There are those who do their utmost to take care about other people’s business while neglecting theirs, and those who, caught up in the game of debts and close to bankruptcy, think they are rich thanks to other people’s money; others see as the apex of their happiness dying poor if only to enrich their own heirs.

Some for a modest gain, and uncertain to boot, run through all the seas, entrusting their lives, which money cannot buy back, to the waves and to the winds; others prefer to enrich themselves in war rather than staying safely at home.
There are those who believe one can become wealthy without any effort whatsoever by hunting for old heirless men; nor is there any shortage of those who, with the same result in mind, opt for a liaison with old ladies of substance.

Both offer to the Gods who stand there and watch an extremely amusing spectacle, when they are duped by those very ones whom they want to trap.

The most foolish and despicable race is that of the merchants who, even though they deal with the most sordid matters and in the most sordid way, even though they lie, perjure themselves, steal, swindle like there is no tomorrow, think they are better than the others because their fingers are full of gold rings.

Nor is there any shortage of flattering little friars who admire them and openly call them venerable, no doubt so that some small part of their illicit profits go to them.

Somewhere else you can see some Pythagoreans, so convinced about the community of property, that, if they find something unattended, without hesitation they take possession of it, as if they had inherited it.

There are those who, rich in hopes only, dream happiness, and such dream, for them, is happiness already.

Some delight in being thought rich, while starving at home.

Some hasten to squander all what they have; others accumulate by both licit and illicit means.

Some propose themselves as candidates because they aspire to a public office, others are satisfied with sitting around the fire.

And there are many who bring interminable suits against others and who, by defending conflicting interests, vie to enrich the judge who accords adjournments, and the lawyer who is in cahoots with the averse party.

One has the mania of renewing the world, another has a propensity to the grandiose.

There are those who, without any business reason, leave their wives and their children and go to Jerusalem, to Rome, to San Juan de Compostela.

Create wealth from within

As the masters have taught us for centuries, our “exterior” life is a reflection of our “interior” life.

Although many of us have heard about this observation, we often forget to apply it in our daily life. We often dedicate our efforts to the attempt at creating a new car, a house, more sales and more money, without ever thinking that our “exterior” life is a reflection of our “interior” life.

FOCUSING ON ABUNDANCE

Focusing on creating these things in our exterior life is not usually the most effective way to succeed in creating them. By focusing on the “inside” we can create these “things” in a much simpler way. If we want to create all the material things we desire, it is necessary to direct our attention to the “interior” state of our mind, which will create the “exterior.” Therefore we need to focus more on abundance.

And how do we do this?

Recognizing and focusing on the abundance we already have! If you do not think you are living in a state of abundance, think better of it. Observe your life through the coloured lenses of “abundance.” Recognize really all the domains of your life, and the things in your life, which exceed your necessities.

All what you really need to live is air, food, water, and shelter. All what comes beyond this isn’t but a bit of jam. Abundance! Make a list of all these persons and things. Concentrate every day on this list with a genuine feeling of appreciation, and observe how this list grows and create all what you need.

If you want success concentrate on all the ways you have it already.

If you want more love concentrate on all those persons who already love you and on the abundance of love you can offer to the others.

If you want a better health, concentrate on all the ways you are already well, and so on and so forth.

HE UNIVERSE RESPONDS TO OUR MENTAL STATE

The universe responds to our general “mental” state. If our general mental state is always in a condition of “need,” that is what we are going to get in the end. If our general mental state is usually in a condition of “gratitude,” then we are going to get more and more of what we can be grateful for. This does not mean you may not have still some desires. It simply means you are not going to torment yourself because of them.

Every time you have a desire, ask yourselves what is the “real” reason behind that desire. What is the motivation pushing you? Concentrate on creating even more of that reason, appreciating how much of it is already in your life.

For years they told us to concentrate our imagination and our efforts on the “things” we want, but it is much easier and more productive to create the “mental state" which will spontaneously create these “things” in our lives.

It is much easier to determine a change internally, because this way we have to deal with an aspect of the universe on which we can have a complete control. We do not always manage to control our external universe, but we can always, through some effort, control our internal universe. And since our external world is a reflection of our interior world, this proves to be really a great luck.
